Anyone know a good machine shop in NW Houston. I'm trying to find someone to resurface my flywheel.

Damn good, there’s a bunch of others as well. You can’t sling  a dead car without hitting one in that city.

When getting it redone, make sure they don’t shotpeen the surface that the seal touches. The seal touches that neck about 1cm in. Meant oil would always keep slowly sli ng out, coating friction pad and the surface.

This isn’t directed to any particular shop, just a general tip.
